The Application of Action-oriented Teaching in Military Vocational Course Teaching

In this article, the author extends action-oriented teaching to the entire course of non-commissioned officers' post courses based on a profound understanding of the connotation of action-oriented teaching, and proposes curriculum design on the basis of the tasks of non-commissioned officers. Furthermore, the author finds that learning is the main part in the action-oriented teaching, as well as needs are based on integration. The specific applications of building an integrated professional classroom with comprehensive functions are formed, and put forward the problems to be overcome in the implementation of action-oriented teaching.
