In recent years, new retail began to enter the vision of people. Specifically, new retail combines offline experience and online shopping through big data, Internet of things and artificial intelligence to create a scene shopping experience for consumers. Taking Suning retail cloud store as an example, this paper discusses the current difficulties of the Township home appliance market and explores the new sales mode under the new retail background, which provides reference for the healthy development of the blue ocean field of the Township home appliance market.
