Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology Internet, colleges and universities need to use network information technology mobile technology to carry out news propaganda work flexibly, study modern information technology and propaganda theory, adjust their working methods according to modern propaganda thought, and pay attention to the change of news propaganda work under the new media environment.
