Abstract

With the development of Internet electronic technology, electronic evidence occupies a very important position in the judicial practice of our country. However, because the electronic evidence is listed as the kind of legal evidence in the judicial practice of our country for a relatively short time, there are many difficulties in the practice of obtaining evidence.
