Abstract

The impact of artificial intelligence on enterprise transformation are changing the way of human resource management and development, and AI has an impact on the current practitioners. This paper discusses the application of artificial intelligence in human resource development activities of enterprises, and the influence of this technology on human resource development activities with the application and popularization of artificial intelligence technology. Finally, author puts forward corresponding suggestions.
