Abstract

The social economy of our country has undergone earth-shaking changes since the reform and opening up, and the socialist market economy has realized the process from establishment to continuous improvement. The road of perfecting the socialist market economy is not smooth, and the problems of economic development and system are becoming more and more prominent. Because the government plays an important role in perfecting the socialist market economy, it is inevitable to adjust the functions of the government in order to better solve the problems faced in the process of perfecting the socialist market economy.
