Abstract

In recent years, with the development of society and the change of the times, society's requirements for higher education systems have also increased. Nowadays, mastering a second language is an inevitable requirement for talents, and English has gradually become one of the widely used second languages. In the college English teaching system, teachers need to break the constraints of the traditional teaching model, focus on improving students' oral expression ability, and provide guarantee for students' future life and growth. Based on this, this article explores the application of communicative teaching approach in college oral English teaching.
