Abstract

College students’ career selection is significant for their career. Right choice of career is conducive to finding the direction of life and career. Therefore, from the perspective of career ethics, college students’ career selection is an important content of reconstructing or constructing contemporary college students’ ethics. From the perspective of ethics, this paper analyzes the formation and value of ethical changes and construction dimensions in the process of college students’ career selection, and some suggestions for the contemporary college students’ career selection.
