Abstract
			College English is a deeper exploration and integration of high school English. Facing the acceleration of the process of world integration and conforming to the development situation of the country, English is playing an increasingly important role in the international arena, which is not only related to the country's language communication in import and export and the prospect of personal development career. At the same time, College English will lay a solid foundation for CET4 and CET6 (China’s college English test). This paper will expound personal views from the following two aspects: the construction of effective classroom environment and the theoretical framework of evaluation. In the process of practical education, we should change traditional teaching concepts, promote the reform and innovation of English teaching concepts, teaching methods and teaching aids, improve the working efficiency and quality of English teachers, so that modern students can really play their subjective initiative in the new curriculum reform, and effectively improve the practical applicability and innovation ability of knowledge.
