Abstract

With the continuous development of education in China, the scale of colleges also expands, raising higher demands for their teaching management. However, there are still some problems in the practical management of college education and teaching, such as its laggard mode, its single way and so on. Therefore, college teachers and leaders need to pay attention to them and take active measures to innovate the college education and teaching management mode, so as to promote the comprehensive cultivation of college students. Based on this, this paper analyzes the existing problems and innovative strategies of college education and teaching management mode under the new situation.
