Abstract

Nowadays college students have generally lacked leadership when they enter the workplace after graduation, thus causing students to work with self-confidence and ability to work after entering the workplace. This paper constructs the way of cultivating the personnel training of college students' workplace leadership from the aspects of task-oriented ability, relationship-oriented ability and transition-oriented ability.
