Organizational behavior courses have strong application characteristics. Using traditional teaching methods alone is not conducive to the cultivation of students' practical ability, and experiential teaching methods can make up for their shortcomings. This article takes the proposal and connotation of experiential teaching method as the starting point, and focuses on the application of experiential teaching method in organizational behavior courses and the issues that need attention, in order to provide reference for teaching practice.
