Abstract

The healthy development of college students' body and mind affects the progress of the society. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the exercise of college students' physical quality and improve their ideological and political consciousness for the realization of faster social development. This paper starts with the study of the relationship between physical education and ideological and political education, and discusses the role of physical education in ideological and political education through the method of questionnaire survey, and puts forward several suggestions on the integration method of physical education and ideological and political education for your reference.
