Abstract
Based on the research results of linguistics, language learning theory, and educational technology, this article attempts to construct and analyze the “Web-Based FL” from the perspective of instructional design that helps promote foreign language learning in the classroom network environment. The learning model points out the main foreign language learning concepts reflected by the model, and further analyzes the internal and external conditions of foreign language learning in the classroom network environment, with a view to providing useful guidance for foreign language learning in the classroom network environment.
