Abstract

Application transformation is an inevitable choice for the development of social work major in local colleges and universities. Based on the current reality, this paper points out several problems existing in the training of social work professionals in local colleges and universities, and puts forward practical and feasible strategies. There is a long way to go for the development of social work major in local colleges and universities, which needs many efforts and continuous exploration.
