Abstract
Based on the analysis of the multimodal information cognitive teaching model, this paper puts forward the construction and application of the multimodal information cognitive teaching model in college English teaching by improving teacher's information literacy, establishing the multimodal network teaching platform, setting up a college English corpus, building a multimodal teaching environment, and carrying out multimodal teaching and learning, so as to promote the effectiveness of college English teaching and cultivating international English talents.
