Abstract
Based on the research and absorption of relevant research results, this paper studies the current situation and causes of the occupational burnout of some primary and middle school PE teachers in Guangdong Province through literature, questionnaires, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. And put forward relevant intervention strategies to provide a theoretical basis for alleviating the job burnout of primary and secondary school PE teachers.
