Abstract

China's socialist market economy is constantly developing and improving, the number of college graduates began to increase year by year, college students employment pressure unprecedented increase. Strengthening the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability is not only the need of building an innovative country, but also the need of promoting college students' employment. Under such background, how to cultivate students' innovative consciousness, entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability has become an urgent problem to be solved. By analyzing the outstanding problems in the process of cultivating college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, this paper proposes to improve the system of cultivating college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
