Abstract

This article is based on the contemporary Chinese, from 1949 to the 21st century, and the development of higher vocal education in Yunnan in the past 70 years. It is divided into three parts: the founding of the People’ s Republic of China, the reform and opening up, and the beginning of the 21st century. Then it sorts out the historical track of vocal music education in colleges and universities, as well as the vocal music education experts who promote its development.
