Abstract
Since its founding in the 1990s, independent college has become the backbone force of private higher education and higher education massification. The independent college has entered its transformation period with the coming of classified management of private schools and the layout structure of public-private dual track. This study analyzes the bottlenecks facing the independent college, including transferring evaluation, classified management, quality improvement through the empirical survey and literature research.
