Abstract

With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standards, the quality of many engineering projects has become a key factor for the stability and sustainable development of society. Progress management and quality management are very important in the construction process of civil engineering projects. In the link, optimizing the construction quality and construction progress in the allocation of resources and the rational use of resources have ensured the good development of civil engineering. This article starts from these two aspects and discusses the actual situation of civil engineering projects in china.
