Abstract
As a key part of modern enterprise management, the importance of staff training is self-evident. How to improve the training efficiency and reduce the turnover rate of employees is always an important issue for managers. However, due to differences in learning efficiency among different employees, and the behavior of a single employee may create hidden additional benefits to other members, even if there is a training-related incentive system within the enterprise, it is often difficult to obtain the expected training effect. Based on the external economic theory, combined with the reverse-phase-out theory and human resource training, this paper analyzes the motivation issues in enterprise management that are directly related to employee training so as to enhance the training for efficiency, to achieve the desired effect to provide a theoretical reference.
