Abstract
Under the "Internet +" environment, application-oriented undergraduate colleges need to reform the basic computer teaching mode, establish a new and open teaching mode in order to improve the teaching quality. In this paper, through the discussion of the new model of computer basic teaching in "Internet +" application-oriented undergraduate colleges, such as micro-course, MOOC platform, multimedia and other new classroom teaching forms, hoping to provide relevant reference for promoting the reform of the new model of computer basic teaching in "Internet +" application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
