Abstract

From the new requirements of economic globalization to the training of financial and innovative talents, and the need for advanced financial and economic talents in the era of the knowledge economy, it is pointed out that in order to cultivate and bring up financial and economic innovative talents in the 21st century, innovative education concepts must be used to reform education methods, educational contents, and educational methods to solve the main problems of current higher education in finance and economics; starting from enhancing the adaptability to economic and social development, putting forward the basic ideas of strengthening innovative education and cultivating innovative talents in finance and economics.
