Abstract

From the perspective of users, this paper analyzes the teaching reference service of university libraries in China through the research on the setting of the teaching reference service module of the library website and the analysis of users' needs. The author gives the concept of reference service of library and the research status of library reference service of China. Finally, the researcher analyzes the intention of using the service of teaching reference of Beijing Normal University students and proposes the optimization suggestions.
