Abstract

Since 2001, Relevant Research on the Evaluation of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Capability in China Has Been Widely Concerned by Agricultural Enterprises and Researchers At All Levels. with the Implementation of a Series of Research and Development Funds and r&d Projects in Agricultural Science and Technology Parks .the Supportive Policy, Agricultural Science and Technology Parks Have Developed Very Rapidly in Terms of Quality and Quantity, and Have Attracted Extensive Attention from Scholars At Home and Abroad, But At the Root of It, Compared with Agricultural Science and Technology Parks in Developed Countries, China's Agricultural Science and Technology. the Park Started Late, the Level of Agricultural Science and Technology Modernization and Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability is Slightly Weak. the Article Takes the Agricultural Innovation Ability as the Research Object, and the Main Research Methods for the Literature Review and Collation of Domestic and Foreign Literature, Based on the Policy of Realizing the Agricultural Modernization Strategy. Background and Related Theoretical Support, through the Construction of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Index System, Summed Up the Relevant Theory on the Evaluation of Innovation Ability of Agricultural Science and Technology Parks.
