Abstract

Municipal community governance needs coordination of multi-interests, public interests, individual interests, and even the interests of third-party enterprises also need to be consolidated. Once the situation of interest coordination is inadequate, there will be various problems in urban community governance. The new urban community governance structure based on interest coordination is difficult to establish, and it is relatively difficult to optimize the inherent urban community governance structure. This paper will analyze the difficulties in optimizing the governance structure of urban communities from the perspective of interests coordination, and put forward reasonable suggestions on how to better optimize the governance structure of urban communities.
