Abstract

This paper mainly expounds on the importance and significance of improving on personal finance and literacy in the financial background, it also discusses on the current situation of the employee’s financial management, and its different angles, and it also describes the ways to improve on their financial literacy. A detailed analysis of the angle is provided as a reference for the employees to better improve on their financial literacy.
