Abstract

With the Continuous Promotion of Performance Management of Fiscal Ecological Budget in China, Special Performance Evaluation of Local Government Has Been Put on the Agenda. the Performance Management of Ecological Budget is an Important Link to Improve the Efficiency of the Government, Which Can Maximize the Economic Benefits in the Financial Capital Planning. Based on This, This Paper First Expounds the Profound Connotation of Ecological Budget, Ecological Budget Performance and Budget Performance Management, Then Constructs a Comprehensive Evaluation System Based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method. Finally, Taking Yunnan and Guangxi Local Governments as Examples, the Scientific and Operability of the Constructed Evaluation System Was Verified and Analyzed.
