Abstract
Compared with the Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses, College Counselors Have the Advantages of Better Understanding of Students and Stronger Organization and Management Ability in Undertaking the Practical Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Courses, Which Helps to Improve the Pertinence and Integrity of Practical Teaching. It is an Effective Way to Improve the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education to Build a Cooperation Platform That Organically Combines the Work of College Counselors with the Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses. At Present, Some College Counselors Are Not Effective in Teaching Ideological and Political Theory Courses. Action-Oriented Teaching Plays a Guiding Role for Instructors to Bear the Teaching Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Courses. It is Necessary to Further Clarify the Significance of Counselors' Undertaking the Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory, and to Actively Explore Ways of Counselors' Undertaking the Teaching Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory in Practice.
