Abstract

Industry-University-Research Cooperation is a Combination of Science and Technology, Education and Economy. It is Marked by Two National Science and Technology Conferences in 1995 and 2006. the Cooperation between Industry, Academia and Research Has Experienced Three Stages of Development: “Production, Study and Research”, “Integration of Production, Study and Research” Study and Research Are Closely Combined.” the Cooperation between Industry, University and Research Institutes in Liaoning Province Has Been Transformed from Spontaneous to Conscious, from the Cooperation of Early Single Projects to the Coexistence of Multiple Modes and the Sharing of Interests.
