Abstract
In recent years, with the acceleration of economic globalization and the continuous reform of the national education system, the learning and use of English has become more common. Based on vocational ability training, this article analyzes the current situation of English teaching mode in higher vocational education, combines the necessity of reform of higher vocational English teaching mode, proposes a practical path for higher vocational English teaching mode to cultivate students' professional ability, and provides guidance for the reform of English teaching mode in vocational colleges significance.
