Abstract

Legal clinic education is one of the effective ways to train law students to practice their application skills. However, the lack of funds in the practice of legal clinic education in China, the lack of a faculty, the lack of sources and the low degree of social recognition have curbed the educational functions of legal clinics. Solving the above problems is a necessary condition for the sustainable development of clinic education.
