Abstract

in the New Era of Socialism, Where Big Data is Booming and Multiculturalism Influences Each Other, How to Use Big Data Scientifically, Efficiently, Reasonably and Legally, to Explore the Training System of Teaching Management Talents in Art Universities, and to Carry out Targeted Training of Teaching Management Talents in Art Universities System Research and Improvement of the Quality of the Teaching Management Personnel Training System Are Not Only Related to the Growth of Young People, But Also to the Development of Society and the Future of the Country. Therefore, This Thesis Attempts to Explore the Research on the Training System of Teaching Management Talents in Art Colleges Based on Big Data.
