Abstract
the Different Cultural and Historical Characteristics of the East and the West Enable Students to Better Experience the Cultural Situation of English in the Process of Learning English. Primary School English Education Can Not Only Cultivate Students' Listening and Speaking Ability, But Also Promote Students to Broaden Their Horizons and Understand Some Relevant Foreign History and Culture. However, There Are Many Problems in the Process of English Teaching in Primary Schools, Which Seriously Affect the Acceleration of English Teaching in Primary Schools. Based on This, This Paper Explores the Problems in the Process of Primary School Education, and Analyzes That Primary School English Education Should Improve Teachers' Teaching Ability from the Aspects of Teachers' Literacy, Learning Environment, Teacher Training, Etc, Hoping to Provide More Valuable Reference and Reference for the Future Primary School English Education in the Current Cultural Context.
