Abstract

with the increase of the proportion of young teachers and the influence of new media in young people's life, the moral education of college teachers is more and more influenced by new media. Although the new media has brought opportunities to teachers' moral education, it has also brought challenges to the traditional ideological and political education for young teachers. Based on the opportunities and challenges brought by new media, this paper discusses the strategies to improve the construction of young teachers' Ethics in Colleges and universities.
