Abstract

with the Rapid Development of Information Technology and Modern Technology in the World, Internet Technology Has Been Widely Used and Profoundly Changed People's Work, Learning and Life, and Gradually Penetrated into All Fields and Links of Production and Life, Especially in the Field of Higher Education. under the Background of Internet + Era, Teaching Reform of Higher Education is Imperative and Promising. How to Make Full Use of Internet Information Technology to Carry out the Research of Education and Teaching Reform Has Become a Serious and Challenging Problem to Be Solved. with the Rapid Development of Internet Technology, the Reform is Imperative. This Paper First Proposes That Music Educators in Universities Should Promote the Reform of Music Education in Universities under the Guidance of the Core Idea of “Internet + Education”. Secondly, It Points out the Problems Existing in the Implementation Process of Music Education in Universities, and Analyzes and Studies Them. Finally, the Author Proposes That under the Guidance of the Core Idea of “Internet + Education”, We Should Make Full Use of the Construction. the New Music Teaching System in Universities, Which is Centered on Learners, Accords with the Law of Physical and Mental Development of Contemporary College Students, Pays Attention to Curriculum Individuation, Teaching Interaction, Knowledge Sharing and Learning Initiative, Can Further Promote the Informatization of Music Education and Significantly Improve the Quality of Music Education and Teaching in Universities.
