the Ideological and Political Class in Colleges and Universities is the Main Place for College Students to Receive Ideological and Political Education, and It is Also an Important Position for Training Outstanding Successors and Builders of the Country. the Reform of Ideological and Political Teaching in Colleges and Universities in Our Country is in Full Swing, and the Application of Red Cultural Resources to Ideological and Political Teaching is Becoming More and More Common. Based on the Characteristics of Online Open Courses and Their Influence on the Teaching Skills and Teaching Forms of Ideological and Political Course Teachers, the Current Teaching Reform of Ideological and Political Course Includes Keeping Up with the Pace of National Educational Innovation and Development. Red Culture is a Kind of Cultural Form Integrating the Communist Outlook on Life, Values and Revolution, Which Provides Guidance and Clear Direction for Ideological and Political Teaching in Colleges and Universities. Ideological and Political Teaching is the Main Channel of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities, and the Development and Utilization of Red Cultural Resources is Its Proper Meaning.
