Abstract

The system of regional national autonomy is an important part of our national policy and an important part of the construction of political civilization under the harmonious society. However, there are still many problems in the current national autonomy local construction of the rule of law, such as legislation and law enforcement efficiency and the central and local ethnic regional legal boundaries, only scientific and reasonable solution to these problems, ethnic minority areas of social harmony and progress can be guaranteed. According to the appearance of the construction of autonomy law, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve and perfect the rule of law of national autonomy, through the analysis of the present situation of the construction of minority autonomous regions, which provide a reference valuable to explore the construction of the rule of law of ethnic minorities.
