Abstract

The role of private kindergartens in the preschool education in China is increasingly important, but in the process of its development, its own problems gradually emerge. To a certain extent, the emergence of problems has restricted the development of private kindergartens, and has also hindered the optimal development and quality improvement of preschool education in China. In view of the development dilemma of local private kindergartens in Harbin, the government should strengthen the guidance of policies, focus on relevant policies and regulations, and fundamentally improve the management quality and management level of private kindergartens, so as to ensure the sustainable, stable and all-round development of private kindergartens.
