Abstract
In digital era, digital strategy transformation has become an inevitable trend of traditional manufacturing enterprises development. In this paper, taking the traditional manufacturing enterprise DQ as the case study object, it deeply discussed “how organizational routine innovation driven digital strategy transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprise”. This study found that three key processes of this topic have been identified, and these three key processes of ORI are sequentially implemented on the three levels of manufacturing process, value chain and industry boundary. This research benefits both academics and practitioners by contributing to cumulative theoretical developments and by offering practical insights.
