Abstract

With the rapid development of social economy, the demand of the society for talents is getting higher and higher, employers not only require graduates to master professional knowledge, but also have excellent personal and psychological quality, for the agricultural direction of graduates more severe, coupled with the employment concept of college students constantly changing, The problem of difficult employment of college students in agricultural colleges has been turned into the difficult problem of employment of college students in agricultural colleges, and has become a hot issue of social concern. Therefore, for colleges and universities, it is not only necessary to cultivate students' employment skills, but also to realize the importance of ideological and political education in guidance. This paper expounds the important influence of ideological and political education in the employment process of college students in agricultural colleges, and puts forward concrete measures to improve the ideological and political education in the employment guidance of college students in agricultural colleges.
