Abstract

Physical education elective course in higher vocational colleges has become the central position of teaching in higher vocational colleges. Teachers must combine students' physique with physical education teaching content in physical education teaching, which can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning, arouse students' enthusiasm for learning physical education, and also improve the training effect and training ways of physical education elective courses for students in higher vocational colleges in our country.
