Abstract

In the process of the development of China's modern society, the number of construction projects is gradually increasing, and construction companies face fierce competition. As far as the current construction enterprise construction and development is concerned, the most important thing is to do a good job in project management, so that all aspects of the project can be managed in a targeted manner and improve management effectiveness. In order to make the construction project management meet the development requirements of the contemporary information society, it is necessary to innovate the management model and apply the corresponding model so that the development of engineering management can be integrated with the modern society.
