Abstract

College counselors and head teachers play increasingly important roles in college students' ideological and political education work. All of them are devoting themselves to guiding the correct ways to students. Strengthen the team construction of our college counselors and head teachers become the most direct and necessary way to strengthen the college students' ideological and political education. Compared to high school campus, it is different in college. Teachers will not be your side all the time. All of whom can manage you will be yourself. But because most of us are energetic, to avoid the possible bad effect, according to the relevant regulations of the state, there will have the corresponding counselor or head teacher to manage. Since the students' number is big and the counselors' number is small, a series of problems will happen in practice.
