Abstract

The grass- root counselors in ideological and political work in colleges and universities play an indispensable role in the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, who have become the main force to do well in propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities. Therefore, strengthening the construction of counselor team and giving full play to the important role of counselors in propaganda and ideological work and ideological and political education are necessary ways to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of propaganda and ideological work.
