Abstract
Administrative restrictions refer to administrative acts that administrative agencies restrict citizens' property rights through administrative coercion. Administrative restrictions are the necessary means for government departments to govern the country and maintain social order and stability. However, due to the lack of existing laws and regulations, some local governments use power in a disorderly way and abuse them seriously. In this paper, the vehicle "tail limit line" as an example, the administrative restrictions on the basis of implementation and compensation and other legal issues are described.
