Abstract

Objective: In recent years, due to car accidents, falling and other accidents caused by trauma fracture patients gradually increased, not only will affect the normal life of patients, but also because of excessive blood loss, wound infection shock, complications and other phenomena, on the patient's life safety caused a very serious impact. In order to change the above situation, accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients, so that they can return to normal life as soon as possible, in addition to targeted treatment according to the type of traumatic fracture, but also to implement effective nursing intervention. However, in clinical nursing, it is found that the risk of nursing is very easy to occur under the influence of orthopedic department, nursing staff, patients and their families, resulting in very serious consequences. In order to reduce the occurrence of nursing risk and improve nursing quality and service level, risk management should be applied and implemented. Therefore, this paper analyzes the risks existing in traumatic orthopedic care, and proposes feasible solutions to reduce the occurrence of nursing risks, establish a good nurse-patient relationship, and promote the quality of nursing and service level.
