Abstract

The market competition in the construction industry is increasing. It can be said that the competition in the 21st century is engineering cost competition. In order to stand out in the fierce competition in the construction industry, enterprises need to innovate and improve, and the problem of engineering cost must be firmly controlled. On the premise of ensuring the construction quality and efficiency, it is very important for both the enterprise and the owner to continuously reduce the project cost, so as to avoid unnecessary loss of money.
