Abstract
This paper adopts the balanced scorecard method to study and complete the preliminary evaluation of performance evaluation indicators of college library reading promotion activities to achieve the goal of standardizing relevant work details, improving the quality of reading promotion activities and improving the effect of activities. The balanced scorecard is introduced into the library reading promotion activity evaluation research to help the library standardize relevant work details, improve the quality of reading promotion activities, and promote the effective development of reading for all students.
